I have been drawing since I was about 7, inspired by my Dad. And didn't take it seriously until I was about 15-16.How did you learn to draw?:
A lot of my skills were developed from trial and error on my own. Though I did use some online sources (ie; youtube).
What do you draw on?:
I use a Huion Inspiroy H640P graphics tablet (no screen) connected up to my computer.
Running (only) Krita with their base brushes.Do you have physical/traditional art?:
Yes I do. But I rarely draw physical pieces.
Before commissioning, please review my Terms of Service for payment details, revisions, and usage rights.
TERMS of SERVICE
1. By commissioning me (the Artist), you (the Customer) agree to the following Terms of Service in full.
Layman's Terms: By commissioning me for an original work you agree to these terms of service, non negotiable.2. The Artist holds the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Layman’s Terms: Self explanatory.3. The Customer must provide a non-refundable security deposit equal to at least 50% of the quoted price for the commissioned work. Once the commissioned work is finished, the security deposit will go towards the remaining balance of the piece.
Layman’s Terms: I don’t work for free and will not make an exception. The security deposit is to help protect your investment as much as it is to prevent wasting my time.4. The Customer can request changes and edits to the commissioned work ONLY during the sketch and/or lineart stages of the commission, up to ONLY 5 major changes. Any more will cost extra, no exceptions. The Artist will contact the Customer for approval before continuing onto stages beyond sketching/lineart. Any changes made after this point will cost extra, no exceptions.
Layman’s Terms: Changes made to a commissioned piece after the lineart and/or sketching phase are more difficult to make. Furthermore, if you’ve agreed to move forward and then changed your mind, that’s on you.
Constantly requesting changes, specifically major ones will eat up more time. Time which I would rather use finishing the piece.5. The Customer is granted personal use rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes displaying it privately or sharing it on social media with proper credit to the Artist. This agreement does not grant any commercial rights to the artwork. Commercial use, including but not limited to selling prints, merchandise, or reproductions, requires a separate agreement with fees determined on a case-by-case basis.
Layman’s Terms: These Terms of Service are for personal use rights only. You are purchasing the custom artwork and the personal use rights only. If you would like to purchase commercial use rights or the copyright of a commissioned piece, this is a separate agreement not listed here.
6. If the Customer has a set deadline for a commissioned piece in mind, they must inform the Artist before the commission is accepted. The inclusion of a set deadline will cost extra on a case-by-case basis.
Layman’s Terms: I respect that you have a character that needs representation by next game night, for example; however, poor planning on the Customer’s behalf will not become the problem of the Artist.7. The Artist refuses under any circumstances for a commissioned piece to be used as a NFT or used to train AI. If you are interested in these types of uses, please contact the Artist directly to discuss a separate agreement.
Layman’s Terms: This is the same as commercial use and requires a separate agreement.8. All sales are final, including the non-refundable security deposit. The Artist does not offer refunds or payment holds.
Layman’s Terms: Self explanatory.9. If the Customer violates any of these Terms of Service, they will be blocked and blacklisted from future commissions.
Layman’s Terms: Self explanatory.10. The Customer must provide the Artist with information concerning the commissioned piece, including but not limited to: the character(s), pose(s), expression(s), outfit(s), and/or any additional details you feel are relevant to the finished commissioned piece. If you do not have a reference for an original idea, please let the artist know in advance so they can better serve you.
Layman’s Terms: It’s all about what the customer wants, and every artist needs a starting point. Even a paragraph written telling about an original character can provide insight to the character.
Commission Details:When you (the Customer) gives the final half of the payment over to me (the Artist.) I will give you an unwatermarked version of the piece you wanted, that only YOU will have. (outside of the artist.)But upon finalized payment of the other half, I am under obligations to not post the unwatermarked commission, under any circumstances.
Only the watermarked-- along with your tag-name/username if you have one. Unless you personally request me that you remain anonymous.Major Changes Info:
Major changes are defined as significant revisions to the character design or composition, such as changing the pose, outfit, or background layout. After 5 major changes, additional changes will incur extra charges.
